14-Day Refund Policy:
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund for non-edible items purchased from our website. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase.
No Refund for Edible Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on edible items such as matcha powder or any food-related products due to health and safety regulations. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality of our edible items, please contact us, and we'll do our best to address your concerns.
How to Initiate a Refund:
To initiate a refund request for your non-edible item, please contact our customer service. Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Refund Processing:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
